Mynewcom is founded in 2007 by Stefan Mueller, a Zurich-based entrepreneur. At the beginning it operates as the Swiss affiliate of a well-known Berlin-based group with business activities in multiple sectors.
Mynewcom gradually evolves into an independent master distributor serving fast growing manufacturers, often from Asia. Its main mission becomes identifying new markets and leading the way developing the most efficient distribution/retail network, mostly around Europe, but also in the Americas.
Mynewcom usually partners with newly established or fast growing manufacturers with a strategic need to significantly expand sales volumes at a reasonable cost. We usually start by carefully analyzing the product category and strenghts. Our in-depth knowledge of wholesale and retail channels in many geographical areas, allows us to present the customer with multiple “fit” scenarios and proposals with comparative cost/benefit tradeoffs. Typically the main elements of our analysis focus around the channel peculiarities, the competitive environment and the regulatory frameworks of each individual country or trade area.
